It first started with Mr. Andrew Sabau calling me to inform me that he received my claim from Nationwide. He was very professional and I was impressed that he called so quickly. Once I arrived to receive the repair estimates once again I was impressed with the center( guess I was looking for a body shop type place) as well as with every person in the center that came in contact with. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help and the customer services was at an all time high. Once I met Andrew he took care of my every need as well as made me feel that I was in great hands. He was wonderful.. The process from the estimates, getting my car in and out as well as him having the information for my rental ready when I arrived was perfect. I will admit when my insurance company gave me your center as the repair place I was hesitate because I wanted the repairs done at the Audi dealership but went ahead and agreed to bring it there. Best decision ever. I just wanted to let you know that Andrew Sabau is the best and I'm so satisfied with the repairs that was done on my car. They ever washed it and cleaned the inside. My name is Ali I wanted to take a few minutes and convey my sincere appreciation and gratitude to 2 of your top performers, Andrew Sabau and Matt Paolini. I've had a long relationship with Gwinnett Place Honda over the past 20 years, as a loyal client and I used to work in new car sales many years ago and know David Kwon, Kam Cheung, etc very well.
Thankfully I didn't need to visit a body shop until very recently, and now I've had 2 separate (my wife's and my mom's) cars repaired within a 6 month time span. I can say without a doubt that both Matt and Andrew exemplify professionalism, courtesy, respect, attention to detail, and a commitment to get things done. They ensured I was taken care of promptly and efficiently. They know the "Hendrick Way" and are great ambassadors of the brand.
The body shop also did great work. I've grown up around cars and been around cars my whole life, so I'm a bit more aware/detail oriented about my cars. The high quality repairs speaks for itself.

6/20/2016Ann LodenMy car was struck by another back in March, by someone covered by an insurance company I'd yet to hear of, but which has earned an F with the Better Business Bureau. With one delay after another, adding up to weeks of driving my car with the wind whistling through the just-closable door, I arrived at Hendrick Collision to get their take on the repair, bearing yet another insurance form- this one, regarding payment arrangements to be made after yet another submittal for their review. Dealing with them had been a nightmare of non-communication and delays, and needless to say, I was discouraged and exasperated. Clint Morton took things in hand, called the company on my behalf (actually getting through to a voice, which I'd come to know as a rare and special event), and confirmed arrangements to immediately set the job in motion. The repair - which did involve damage beyond the initial appraisal - was completed within the week, but, to complete payment, Clint then faced being placed on hold for long stretches with no actual answer, adding up to a couple hours a week (as I say, their BBB grade is an apparently well-earned F). Along the way, he stayed in touch with updates. His persistence won the day, and my car is now back home where it belongs. Clint's efforts in taking on this company on my behalf went far beyond the call of duty. It's a certainty that any if our family cars require work in the future, it will be done at Hendrick Collision. They have our highest possible recommendation.

As Manager over one of the finest collision centers in the Southeast, it is very important to realize your top associates that enable Hendrick's to stay on top.
I am far late in sending this email, however, without fail, you need to know that Clint Morton is a fine gentleman and represents your company very well.
From the moment I met him, he was very polite, an utmost professional and put me at ease immediately. My vehicle was in pretty bad shape and Mr. Morton assured me that due to the skill and experience exhibited from your techs, my truck would come out looking brand new; and he was right! It actually looked better compared to when I purchased it!
Mr. Morton was excellent with his communication and updates to me regarding the status of repairs. If there were any delays or concerns, he immediately called me to let me know. I never had to wonder "what or when." He always took the time to communicate which is so critically important in a service oriented business.
The most notable event took place when I knew it was time for me to get an emissions inspection. I was going to have to leave work, pick up the truck in its disrepair, get it tested and then return it back to your shop. Mr. Morton came to my rescue and volunteered to have it tested for me.
He took the time to have this service completed for me, therefore, saving me time away from my office and just helping me to make life easier! All I had to do is pick up the paperwork and mail it in to the State; all done!
So please, Mr. Roche, take time to appreciate your excellent, dependable, loyal employees like Clint Morton. It's people like Clint that will keep Hendrick's good name on top and continue to keep your business thriving.
I will certainly recommend Clint and Hendrick's to anyone I know that needs body work. Word of mouth is the best advertising you can ever receive.

Mr. Roche, my name is Jerry Whitlock and I would like to give high praise to Mr. Andrew Sabau. I had called State Farm yesterday as it looked like someone had cut into the bumper of my car. I talked to Andrew and bought in the car today and he came out and looked at it and determined it was gum that had hardened and he washed it off for me and the car is fine. Now to me, that is the best customer service EVER. I can tell you if I ever need your service I will be there and am recommending you to my Friends. 3/22/15Kevin NguyenOn the morning of December 11, 2014, I got into a car accident. I was recommended by Geico to have my repairs done with Hendrick Auto Collision Center. Matt Paolini was my service advisor and John (I apologize for not having his last name) was my Auto Adjuster. I must say I am glad I did. I am very picky when it comes to details, and I feel that the two have really taken care of me. One of the things I will definitely remember is that Matt told me that he knew how much care I put into my car, and that he would take care of it as his own. They kept me updated on the progress, what was being done, and what needs to be done. Matt promised me he would test drive the car after the repairs were completed to ensure that the car is running properly. Matt quoted me a 2-week time frame for all repairs to be completed. He exceeded my expectations by returning me my car 3 days before the deadline. I received my car looking like new! The car looked like the day I purchased it off the lot. John also did a wonderful job as my auto adjuster. He returned my calls promptly. Addressed professionally all of my concerns in regards to the accident and the repair of my vehicle. John gave me what I felt was a reasonable depreciation check. I truly appreciate that. I have only kind words to say of the two and of Hendrick Collision Center, this is definitely THE PLACE to go to. I'm glad that Geico has a relationship with Hendrick auto and that it is a preferred shop to get repairs done. Please let the two know that I have sent out this email.

I was facing the problems w/ the insurance company and my work schedule. I was attended by John Holmes, working as an Estimator in your Collision Department. The ability to provide resolutions quickly exceeded my expectations.
I really commend the prompt service provided by John. He also advised me what parts are needed and what he recommended as if I was one of his family members. I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills John displayed. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship.

2/20/15Beth ZimmermanI wanted to send a note to both to let you know what an incredible experience I had with your staff. I recently had a car accident, and with police reports, insurance agents and being without a usable car, things were getting a bit stressful…until I came to visit your shop. The entire process was seamless. Immediately, Andrew Sabau put my worries at ease by setting up my rental car, giving me my estimate, working with my insurance company and letting me know my timeline. After dropping off my car, I was immediately met by an Enterprise representative who had the car ready to go with the heat running (very thoughtful when the temperature is in the teens). From there, the turn-around was amazing! A job that was supposed to take three days was done within 24 hours. I know this is no easy task. The behind the scenes staff that fix our bumped and bruised vehicles are truly well oiled machines (no pun intended J) with the ability to not only work quickly and efficiently, but also have excellent communication skills between departments. It is obvious that you have a special team of employees at your facility. As a single female, I tend to feel that I am being taken advantage of sometimes when dealing with car repairs, but that definitely was not a worry with your team. Andrew Sabau made me feel safe, informed and a most importantly that he was looking out for my best interest. I was very satisfied and impressed with your team and their hard work. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I bought my brand-new Honda Odyssey on Mar. 29th and unfortunately it is hit from back on the same day! I was so sad about that. However, I am not sad at all when I pick up my repaired car today from your body shop. It is a brand-new one again.
Andrew is a friendly and efficient person. He always notify me regarding any progress in repairing my car and finally my car is ready IN TIME as I will pick up my parents from China tomorrow in ATL airport.
